UAE indicators offers with WEF to speed up local weather motion

The UAE has signed a variety of partnerships with the World Economic Forum with the goal to speed up local weather motion and bolster commerce resilience.

It will see Dubai host the annual assembly of the Global Future Councils in Dubai in October 2023 and the organisation of an annual discussion board for TradeTech Global: Catalyzing commerce know-how deployment.

The agreements had been unveiled throughout a high-level assembly between Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, and Prof. Klaus Schwab, WEF Founder and President, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum annual assembly in Davos, Switzerland.

“The partnership with the World Economic Forum contributes to strengthening the UAE’s efforts aimed at meeting the current and future stages’ requirements. It also strengthens the UAE’s position as a regional and global center for studying innovative government practices and developing mechanisms to support government work,” mentioned Al Gergawi.

Meanwhile, Prof. Klaus Schwab highlighted how the “complex and interconnected challenges of today require global cooperation to drive tangible, systems-positive change for the long-term”. 

Al Gergawi affirmed that the partnership with the World Economic Forum contributes to strengthening the UAE’s efforts geared toward assembly the present and future phases’ necessities. 

“It also strengthens the UAE’s position as a regional and global center for studying innovative government practices and developing mechanisms to support government work,” he added.
