UAE President points legislation on administration of Abu Dhabi prisons

All prisons and juvenile amenities in Abu Dhabi shall be positioned below new administration from subsequent yr.

The position of managing punitive and correctional institutions has been transferred from Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters to Abu Dhabi Judicial Department.

In his capability because the Ruler of Abu Dhabi, UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a legislation relating to this.

The adjustments will come into impact on January 1, 2024.
