President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan immediately participated immediately within the 18th Group of 20 (G20) Heads of State and Government Summit held in New Delhi, India.
Chaired by Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, the G20 Summit introduced collectively G20 world leaders, European Union officers, representatives of worldwide organisations and UN our bodies, and nation delegations to debate key international points and alternatives for joint motion.
The summit’s opening session, titled “One Earth”, addressed the worldwide group’s collective duty to guard the planet and its pure sources, affirming that the world should cooperate to advance local weather motion.
His Highness the President was obtained on the summit venue by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whereby photographs have been taken with the host.
His Highness expressed his appreciation for the Republic of India’s organisation and internet hosting of the summit, commending the Indian G20 Presidency’s profitable convening of the G20 course of.
Moreover, His Highness underscored his hope for the summit to provide constructive outcomes, wishing the Federative Republic of Brazil success in its G20 presidency subsequent 12 months.
The inauguration of the summit was attended by H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemy, Minister of State for International Cooperation; and Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State.
This is the fourth 12 months that the UAE is collaborating within the G20 course of in reflection of the nation’s efforts to strengthen worldwide cooperation and joint motion and obtain progress in fostering sustainable improvement and prosperity for all.
