UAE National Day holidays introduced for federal sector

Federal Government workers within the UAE may have an extended weekend to mark the nation’s 52nd National Day.

Workers within the UAE’s ministries and different federal entities will probably be off from Saturday, December 2 till Monday, December 4, with work resuming on Tuesday, December 5.

Meanwhile, Friday, December 1 will probably be a distant working day for these workers, excluding jobs that require bodily presence on the office.

On Wednesday, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation confirmed that non-public sector staff will probably be off on Saturday, December 2, and Sunday, December 3.
