Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa and ADNOC’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi lit up in a present of solidarity with Morocco after a lethal earthquake killed over 2,000 individuals in Marrakesh.
The landmarks have been lit within the colors of the Moroccan flag and delivered a message of help after the nation was rocked by a 6.8-magnitude earthquake on Friday night.
Footage shared by the Abu Dhabi Media Office confirmed the message that learn, “From the UAE, our deepest condolences to the Moroccan people”, and “Our thoughts are with Morocco”.

Entire villages and historic buildings have been destroyed by the quake, which has devastated the lives of hundreds of individuals, who needed to flee their houses to flee the catastrophe.
Aid has been despatched to Morocco by UAE, and President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has expressed his sympathy to the Moroccan individuals through a phone name with King Mohammed VI.
