The UAE has expressed solidarity with India after heavy rains and floods in two northern states resulted in a number of deaths and accidents.

In an announcement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) expressed its condolences and sympathy to the Indian authorities and other people, and to the households of the victims.
