UAE distributes meals parcels to Sudanese refugees in Chad

An Emirati humanitarian delegation has began distributing meals parcels to Sudanese refugees and the local people within the metropolis of Amdjarass in Chad.

The initiative led by the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC), the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation and the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation is being carried out in coordination with the UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Dr. Ahmed Obaid Al Dhaheri, Head of the ERC Delegation in Chad thanked the nation’s authorities for enabling the supply of support.

He additionally affirmed the UAE’s dedication to supporting refugees and people in want, and easing their hardships.
