UAE requires finish to hostilities in Libya’s Tripoli

The UAE has expressed its concern over the developments in Tripoli, the capital of Libya, and referred to as on all events to de-escalate, stop hostilities and resolve disputes by way of dialogue and peaceable means.

In an announcement, Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar, Minister of State, ‏urged all events to protect the security of civilians, authorities headquarters and property, and train the utmost restraint to finish the present disaster.

Al Marar reaffirmed the UAE’s place that requires an answer to the battle in Libya and its full help for efforts to strengthen safety, stability and unity within the nation.

At least 27 individuals had been killed and greater than 100 injured as two highly effective armed factions battled in Libya’s capital on Tuesday.
