UAE broadcasts new end-of-service advantages scheme

The UAE Cabinet has authorized another end-of-service advantages system for workers within the non-public sector, together with free zones.

The voluntary scheme was introduced on Monday throughout a cupboard assembly chaired by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

The system contains the institution of a financial savings and funding fund that shall be supervised by the Securities and Commodities Authority in coordination with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
