Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) has launched the second part of its efficiency evaluation programme, concentrating on 74 non-public colleges.

Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashimi, Chairperson of SPEA, mentioned the evaluation course of was launched following intensive coaching programs and lined 36 colleges throughout its first part between October and November final 12 months.
Each faculty is evaluated for 4 consecutive working days throughout which workforce members go to lecture rooms, evaluation faculty paperwork and attend faculty actions.
“Schools will receive detailed reports that define their performance, areas of strength, areas that require improvement and a number of recommendations as well as ratings between ‘very weak’ and ‘excellent’,” defined Ali Al Hosani, Director of SPEA.
“Meetings with partners will be part of the review process in order to analyze the results of opinion polls shared by parents in the form of questionnaire sent to them prior to the review.”
