A meals supply service will share information on folks’s ordering patterns with Abu Dhabi’s well being authority in a bid to “promote healthier eating habits”.
The transfer comes after a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC) and Talabat UAE.
The mapping of information will permit the authority to “identify prominent habits and gaps”, in addition to launch “targeted awareness campaigns”.

Matar Saeed Al Nuaimi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, mentioned the transfer would assist them “understand the eating habits of the Abu Dhabi population” and “ensure (they have) access to healthy foods and promote more informed dietary choices”.
Tatiana Rahal, Managing Director, Talabat UAE, expressed happiness at having the ability “to drive positive change”.
It comes after the authority launched the SEHHI programme to extend entry to wholesome meals choices final August.
