The Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre shared the primary footage of the Crew-6 crew of their official astronaut fits, as they put together to move into house for a six month lengthy mission.

The UAE bought their first have a look at Emirati Astronaut, Sultan Al Neyadi, in his official swimsuit for the mission, together with crew members; Mission Commander Stephen Bowen (NASA), Convoy Captain and Pilot Warren Huberg (NASA) and Mission Specialist Andrei Vidyev (Roscosmos).

The six-member crew are scheduled for raise off on February 26 at 11:07 AM UAE time, from Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center within the United States.

This would be the first Arab long-duration astronaut mission aboard the International Space Station. 

It follows the launch on September twenty fifth 2019, when Hazza Al Mansouri turned the UAE’s first astronaut in house, the place he stayed aboard the International Space Station for eight days.

Four astronauts at the moment signify the UAE, Hazza Al Mansouri, Sultan Al Neyadi, Mohammed Al Mulla and Nora Al Matrooshi, the primary Arab girl to be chosen as an Astronaut.
