Abu Dhabi unveils AED 3.5 billion Yas Canal residential mission

Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has permitted the launch of a residential mission price AED 3.5 billion, which can embrace 1,146 villas for UAE nationals.

The Yas Canal mission in Al Raha Beach covers 1.8 sq. kilometres and contains homes, three mosques, a faculty and a fitness center, together with varied facilities and retailers spanning an space of 10,000 sq. metres.

It gives three to six-bedroom villas, starting from 350 to 525 sq. metres, on plots starting from 600 to 780 sq. metres.

The mission is a part of a public-private partnership, with ICT Real Estate Development Company main the design, building and infrastructure, beneath the supervision of the Abu Dhabi Centre for Projects and Infrastructure.

Sales of residential models allotted to UAE nationals are managed in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.

The mission is anticipated to be accomplished within the fourth quarter of 2027.
