Abu Dhabi approves AED 2.18 billion housing package deal

The Abu Dhabi authorities has introduced housing advantages value AED 2.18 billion supporting 1,502 residents throughout the emirate.

The newest package deal, the primary of 2024, contains housing loans, ready-built homes and residential land grants, totalling greater than AED 2.08 billion in worth and aiding 1,407 residents.

Additionally, senior residents, retirees with low incomes, and the households of deceased residents have been exempted from housing mortgage funds, amounting to greater than AED 98 million. This exemption has immediately benefited 95 residents within the emirate.

The package deal, which coincides with Eid Al Fitr celebrations, was accredited by His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, below the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capability as Ruler of Abu Dhabi.
