62-year-old man dies whereas mountaineering in Sharjah

A 62-year-old Emirati citizen has died in Sharjah after struggling “health complications” whereas mountaineering on the Al-Rabi path in Sharjah’s Khor Fakkan.

Sharjah Police mentioned the emergency crew was in a position to attain him after receiving an alert over the weekend and provided him first-aid on the website earlier than airlifting him to Khorfakkan hospital. 

However, the person was proclaimed useless on the hospital.

Officials mentioned the person had complained of “extreme fatigue” and was unable to stroll.  

The authority reminded all trekkers to take security and safety precautions earlier than heading out into the mountains and to dial 092057555 or 999 in case of emergencies.
