EU antitrust regulators haven’t opened a proper investigation into chips used for synthetic intelligence, the European Commission stated on Monday, days after the French competitors authority raided Nvidia for alleged anti-competitive practices.
”There is not any formal investigation by the Commission into the matter you check with,” a spokesperson for the EU government stated in an electronic mail to Reuters when requested in regards to the problem.
Nvidia had declined to remark following the French raid.
