HP joins arms with Google to make Chromebooks in India from subsequent month

“The local production of Chromebooks with HP marks an important step in our efforts to continue supporting the digital transformation of education in India,” Google, Head of Education – South Asia, Bani Dhawan mentioned.

HP has been increasing its manufacturing operations in India since 2020 and from December 2021, it began manufacturing a variety of laptops in India, together with HP EliteBooks, HP ProBooks, and HP G8 collection notebooks.

HP additionally expanded its portfolio of locally-manufactured business desktops by including numerous fashions of desktop mini towers (MT), mini desktops (DM), small type issue (SFF) desktops, and a spread of All-in-One PCs.
