Aldar Properties has introduced the profitable sell-out of the primary two phases of its first residential improvement in Dubai – Haven by Aldar.

After launching 468 items within the first part, they launched an extra 318 items within the second part resulting from “remarkable demand”.

In complete, Aldar offered 786 villas and townhouses on the improvement, producing over AED 3.1 billion in gross sales.

Overseas and expatriate resident patrons accounted for 77 per cent of gross sales, whereas UAE nationals made up the remaining 23 per cent of gross sales at Haven. 

First-time patrons of an Aldar property account for 85 per cent of gross sales, whereas 51 per cent of all patrons had been underneath the age of 45.
