Abu Dhabi simplifies procedures for bereaved households

Abu Dhabi has launched the primary part of an initiative geared toward simplifying authorities procedures for bereaved households, together with getting a loss of life certificates and arranging for the burial of the deceased.

The Department of Health’s (DoH) ‘Sanadkom’ initiative will serve UAE Nationals within the preliminary part, whereas its subsequent phases will cater to all residents of Abu Dhabi.

‘Sanadkom’ digitally unifies the companies of seven authorities entities together with DoH, Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, Abu Dhabi Health Services Company – SEHA, Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, Abu Dhabi Distribution Company and Al Ain Distribution Company.

It will assist simplify the client expertise and facilitate procedures for the households of the deceased to entry authorities companies and help them upon the passing of a member of the family.

A consultant from the joint authorities help workforce shall be assigned to help bereaved households on a case-by-case foundation through the telephone, with out the necessity to go to any authorities division in particular person.

This will assist households full obligatory transactions corresponding to acquiring the loss of life certificates, arranging for the burial of the deceased and distributing the retirement pension advantages to the beneficiaries on behalf of the insured or the deceased.
