UAE condemns Dutch MP Geert Wilders’ controversial assertion

The UAE’s Embassy in The Hague has condemned Dutch MP Geert Wilders’ remarks calling for the displacement of the Palestinian individuals in direction of Jordan.

In a press release, the embassy stated Wilders’ irresponsible feedback represent interference within the inside affairs of Jordan .

It added that the UAE stands in full solidarity with Jordan, and stresses the significance of respecting its sovereignty.

“The UAE also rejects any denial of the rights of the brotherly Palestinian people and their right to an independent state,” the assertion stated.

Irresponsible statements made by Dutch parliamentarian Geert Wilders, through which he incites the displacement of the Palestinian individuals to Jordan, is taken into account interference within the inside affairs of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and is rejected and condemned.
