H.H. Sheikh Mohamed meets with European Commission President

UAE’s President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, on Thursday.

The assembly in Abu Dhabi targeted on varied facets of cooperation between UAE and the EU.

Sheikh Mohamed and von der Leyen exchanged views on a lot of regional and worldwide developments, and likewise mentioned the upcoming COP28 local weather convention to be hosted by the UAE.

They emphasised the significance of strengthening worldwide collaboration to seek out efficient options to international challenges, together with advancing local weather motion efforts and realising sustainable improvement aims.
