Three US Marines die in ‘tragic’ Australia helicopter crash

Three US Marines died throughout army workout routines in northern Australia on Sunday, the US army stated, in a helicopter crash that Prime Minister Anthony Albanese known as “tragic”.

Five others had been “transported to Royal Darwin Hospital in serious condition”, Marine Rotation Force – Darwin stated in a press launch.

It stated they had been amongst 23 Marines on a MV-22B Osprey helicopter throughout routine coaching workout routines and that the reason for the crash was being investigated.

The crash occurred on the distant Tiwi Islands after 9:00 am (0100 GMT), stated Northern Territory Police Commissioner Michael Murphy.
