The UAE National Jiu-Jitsu Team continued their historic run on the JJIF World Championship YOUTH 2023 in Astana, Kazakhstan, successful eight extra medals within the Under-18 divisions.
Hazza Alhassani and Ammar Alhammadi received gold, taking the UAE’s general tally to 31 medals thus far – eight gold, seven silver, and 16 bronze.
Mohamed Salem Al Dhaheri, Deputy Chairman of the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation and head of the National Team’s delegation, praised the nice efficiency of the Under-18 workforce. “The achievements of our champions are the results of the nice help and imaginative and prescient of our clever management, which contributed to the UAE’s world management in jiu-jitsu and producing skills able to competing and excelling on the worldwide stage,” he mentioned.
“We are proud of the love, responsibility, and unwavering desire of this generation to represent the country in various forums and to honour the nation in the biggest tournaments,” he added.
