ADNOC Gas awards $3.6 billion contract to broaden processing facility

ADNOC has awarded a $3.6 billion (AED13.1 billion) contract to broaden its fuel processing infrastructure within the UAE.

The contract was given to a three way partnership between National Petroleum Construction Company of Abu Dhabi and and Tecnicas Reunidas from Spain.

New fuel processing services can be commissioned to allow an optimised provide to the Ruwais Industrial Complex, with two most important aims. Firstly, ethane extraction from ADNOC’s current onshore services can be elevated by 35-40 per cent, and secondly, additional worth can be extracted from current uncooked materials to be delivered by way of a devoted 120 km pipeline.
