Ok-pop star Suga begins course of to serve army obligation

Ok-pop star Suga, songwriter and rapper for the boy band supergroup BTS, has begun the enlistment course of for necessary army service, the band’s label mentioned on Monday, making him the third band member to go off to carry out army obligation.

“We would like to inform our fans that SUGA has initiated the military enlistment process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement,” Big Hit Music mentioned in a press release.

All able-bodied South Korean males aged between 18 and 28 should serve within the army for about two years.
