In the Customers Happiness Index, MBRHE scored 97.4% and is adopted by Dubai Chambers (97%) and the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (94.4%).
Meanwhile, MBRHE scored 95% within the Employee Happiness Index, which has Dubai Police (94.6%) within the second spot and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (94.2%) within the third place.
